World of Nemesis

So here are the things that you need to know about the World of Nemesis!

- World of Nemesis (WoN) is a superhero forum RPG
- WoN is a combined superhero universe like that of DC and Marvel
- The canon of WoN is created by the staff and YOU, the user!
- Nothing from the DC or Marvel universes are part of the WoN canon

- The Lore of WoN is the canon and internal mythology of the universe
- Every action you take changes The Lore
- Great changes to The Lore needs approval from the staff
- Some Lore is Unchanging and can therefore not be avoided
- Unchanging Lore cannot be effected by users, but users are affected by it

- In WoN, every person with supernatural powers are bound to another person
- The person you are bound to is your Nemesis
- Your Nemesis is inevitably your polar opposite - if you're good, they're bad and vice versa
- The person who kills his/her Nemesis loses his/her supernatural powers
- These rules are known as the Nemesis Pact and is Unchanging Lore
- The Nemesis Pact doesn't count for superheroes without special powers (like Batman).

- The general public is aware of superheroes and -villains
- They are not aware of the Nemesis Pact
- They have a disliking to Superhumans

- Superhuman is a term for humans with special genes giving them special powers
- Superhumans generally don't have strong superpowers
- Superhuman is the standard origin of power
- You may otherwise have powers from any source you like
- Superhumans are affected by the Nemesis Pact
- Superhumans is Unchanging lore

- The Nightwatchers are a group of Superhumans
- The NWs are on the good side
- The staff decides if you can be a member of NW
